This is something that I struggled with for years. It first manifested as physical symptoms such as chest pains and heart palpitations. This led me to constantly search Google to check what my symptoms meant, which only made things worse.
Once you are full on anxious mode, all reason is thrown out the window. I went to doctor conviced that I had heart problems due to my chest pains. He assured me I was fine and even did an ECG. You would think this would at least ease my worry a little, but to no avail.
It wasn't until I got help from a therapist and psychiatrist, did the symptoms begin to fade.
I cannot stress how important getting the right help is. You do not have to live with the debilitating symptoms. There is help, but you need to seek it out. Please, if you are struggling with anybody these symptoms, join me in fighting for our sanity.
