Overthinkers Athletic Dept. / Anxiety Awareness Tee

While everyone else is just playing the game, you’re already running through every possible scenario, evaluating the stats, and second-guessing the playbook. If your brain treats every minor decision like a high-stakes championship final, congratulations—you have officially earned your letterman jacket. Purpose: To bring a touch of relatable humor to the Olympic-level mental gymnastics we all put ourselves through on a daily basis.

It’s the perfect blend of classic athletic aesthetic and modern mental reality.

The Vibe

Great for perfectionists, creators, strategists, and anyone who has ever spent three hours drafting a two-sentence text message. Wear it as a badge of honor—because mental gymnastics is a sport.
